The interview process started with a recruiter giving me a tour of their office space and a brief history. Then I was seated in a conference room for interviews with most of the product team. The whole thing could take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on how many people I spoke with. Many of them asked similar questions. I found out later I didn't get the job, but I'm glad because the environment felt off. The interview started at 11am and someone was already prepping drinks.
I had two rounds of interviews. The first was a chat with HR, who was nice. The second interview was a bit technical, with someone from the front-end team.
I first had a phone screen with the CTO, then an onsite. At the onsite, I met with two other PMs, the CPO (again) and the CTO. Like others said, the CTO asks the 3/5 gallon question for any role. If it's not for his team, that might be his only question.
