Got a response for an initial interview that was conducted over Zoom. I never received a follow-up after trying to reach out. Standard interview questions were asked, nothing unusual. The process seemed disorganized and chaotic.

We had a group interview with eight other candidates. First, they gave us an overview of the company and competitors. Then, we did two team building exercises. One involved marketing the person you were paired with back to the interviewers, and the other was a written customer service email task. We also did a discovery type call with a mock client.

I started with a phone screening with HR. Then I had two in-person interviews at the same time with the sales director and manager. After that, I came back for a mock presentation to those same two people. Everyone was really nice and open, they answered my questions well and gave me good feedback on my presentation. They also replied quickly to my follow-up emails. I got a tour of the office before my interviews too!
