The interview process included 4 stages. First, a video call with HR. Then, a technical interview with the local team that covered background experience, Java questions, and a coding task. Following that was a second technical interview focusing on background experience, explaining technology choices for a project, and designing database tables, along with a small coding task. Finally, there was a third technical interview with a more complicated coding task.
I got a phone screening, then had tech interviews with three software engineers. They were all pretty nice. It took about two weeks for them to decide.
The interview process was quick and all of the interviewers on the panel were nice. It was generally a very smooth experience, starting with one initial zoom screening, followed by a technical screen, and then a virtual on-site interview which included 2 technical interviews and an interview with the CTO.
