Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was well organized and positive overall. It began with an initial screening with HR, followed by interviews with team members. The team was communicative and clear about the process and expectations.

I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn after meeting them at a career fair. First, I had an HR call, then three interviews with staff members, including my direct supervisor. I received an offer the following week. The three 1:1 interviews took place over two hours.

The interview process was tough but really organized. The HR team was quick to respond with what was next after each interview, which helped because interviews can be stressful. I felt like each step built on the last one, so I was comfortable as the questions and process got harder.
