Candidate-reported interview process

Touch process, required strong recommendation from every interviewers. 67 rounds of interview. Several VP level interviewers and 1 SVP level. The entire process was very long. In additional, it required several references.

The interview process had 3 rounds: first a recruiter call, then an engineer interview, and finally a manager interview. They asked technical questions but they were easy. Recruiters were great to talk to and the process moved fast. The last round was mostly about fitting into the team, and while they did ask more technical questions, they weren't expecting perfect answers.

The interview process included basic behavioral questions, like asking about a challenge you faced. They were looking for how well you align with project management skills and have good business acumen. There were multiple rounds, with the first one being with the direct manager.
