Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quick and well organized. It involved 4-5 rounds where I met different functional teams. HR was fast in processing and delivering results. The main challenge was accommodating different time zones for interviews. Overall, it was quite smooth.

I had a face-to-face interview for a Senior Scientist - Oligonucleotide Process Development role last month. Two interview rounds were scheduled for the same day. The first round was with a Scientist, and the second was with the Hiring Manager. This position seems to be intentionally kept open to unethically gather process development information from other companies.

Recruiters were super responsive and kept calling/emailing before the interview. But after, it was radio silence for weeks. This happened twice. It felt unprofessional, honestly. They should at least give an update, even if there isn't one.
