Franchise roles can be unpredictable, sometimes good, bad, or just okay. The place I interviewed seemed to be having issues with their supply chain, and sadly, I couldn't see it working out positively. So, I decided not to proceed. The actual interview process was straightforward, but I'd suggest doing a 'guest' visit a couple of days before your interview to get a real feel for the place.

I applied and then had to wait a bit before setting up the interview location. When I got there and waited, I found out the interviewer wasn't even there. It was a waste of my time. They should have at least had the courtesy to call to reschedule. This really sets up a franchise for a bad employee experience.

The interviewer called late and was cold during the phone screening. Questions were fairly simple, but I didn't understand why I didn't move forward in the process. I think the interviewer was dealing with personal issues because I never experienced an interviewer screening a potential RECRUITER and be so dry. Maybe she was expecting me to sound differently.
