Behavioral Case

Franchise roles can be unpredictable, sometimes good, bad, or just okay. The place I interviewed seemed to be having issues with their supply chain, and sadly, I couldn't see it working out positively. So, I decided not to proceed. The actual interview process was straightforward, but I'd suggest doing a 'guest' visit a couple of days before your interview to get a real feel for the place.

Behavioral Presentation Other

Applied online for an ASM position and went through a three-part interview process. The first interview was with the GM, who gave an overview of the role and mentioned the DM would schedule the next interview. The second interview was with the DM before the store opened; he tried to gauge my seriousness by presenting a challenging picture of the job. He then set up the third interview with the Zaxby's franchise owner, who was dismissive and tried to downplay the management role, emphasizing that Zaxby's always comes first. Following this, I received a job offer.

The interview process involved an onsite, face-to-face meeting with a senior director, an HR manager, and two team members. The atmosphere was great, and everyone I met was really friendly. The questions they asked were pretty standard and what I expected.
