Design Verification Engineer
So, the interview had four parts. First, two technical interviews where they dug into my academic stuff, projects, and core skills. They wanted to see if I got digital IC design/verification concepts, if I'd actually used the tools, and how I handled tough engineering problems. Then, I talked to the BU leader, which was more about how I communicate, if I'm a team player, take ownership, and generally fit in with how they work and what they expect. They were checking if my work style and potential for growth worked for them. Lastly, the HR interview, which was about pay, the job level, and how I'd start. HR also wanted to make sure my career goals lined up with how the company develops talent long-term.

So for the interview process, first there was a recruiter call, then a phone screen. After that, I had an onsite interview with the supervisor and then the manager. The final manager interview had questions specific to the role, and I also had to do an English self-introduction.

Site Reliability Engineer
It was 3 rounds of tech interviews (2 technical + 1 head) plus a 1-hour interview. Overall the experience was good, but the process itself was terrible. Nobody told us anything beforehand, so we did all the interviews back-to-back, which was really exhausting. The HR also tried to lowball the salary and was very indifferent and rude.

- How would you design a high-performance system?
- What are your experiences with NoSQL databases?
ECommerce Specialist
I found the job opening on LinkedIn and applied. The recruitment team contacted me on WhatsApp and asked about my salary expectations and my reasons for leaving my current job. After that, I had two interviews with different team members, followed by an interview with the HRBP. If they think I'm a good fit, they move to the offering stage. This whole process had 4 stages.
