I went through three phone interviews with different managers at Xiaomi in Beijing. The first two times, the interviewers were an hour late, and I had to reach out to HR to reschedule. The third interviewer also called half an hour late, which really gave me a bad impression. They all asked similar questions about my past projects and responsibilities, and it felt like they hadn't shared notes between them. HR eventually called about an offer, but we had to reschedule that call too. The offer was much lower than other companies, so I declined.
