I interviewed in 2018. It was a good experience, the interviewer was very nice. The main part of the interview was a product design question where we discussed how to make the product better. I didn't get the offer, but I heard they have a good culture.

It started with an HR screening, then a phone call with the team manager. Unfortunately, the interviewer ended my candidacy after only about 10 minutes, citing reasons I found to be incorrect. There wasn't any real discussion, and they weren't open to any back-and-forth. I have 7.5 years of experience in growing product user base, revenue, and market cap, but they said I lacked knowledge in b2c product and Mi.com because I pointed out that mi.com doesn't adjust to responsive settings when you check the inspect element.
