So, the interview process has 3 rounds. First, you'll talk to a supervisor. Then, you'll meet with a team member along with the supervisor. Finally, you'll have a chat with the hiring manager. The interviewer didn't show up for the scheduled call and didn't reach out, even after I tried to contact them, which was really problematic. The HR rep in a different state also kept messing up, with no continuity or integrity in their communication. I had no idea about the timeline, and it felt like they didn't care. I don't have time to detail all the screw-ups in their application process; this company is incredibly mismanaged. I ignored the bad reviews, thinking my best effort would make things work out, but they didn't even get started right. They will mess you over; you're just a number. Don't go near this place.
