They were super friendly and asked me about my five-year career goals, my preferred work schedule, and what I knew about Xfinity's marketing and products.

The interview was very laid back and informal. The recruiter shared a lot of information during the phone call and was easy to chat with. It's fine to ask questions about benefits and the work schedule, which typically involves the second shift and working most weekends.

Got an email that the presentation would start at 12:30pm, so I needed to be there 10 minutes early. It actually started late, at 12:40pm. About 10 supervisors showed up in a small room with 15 applicants and introduced themselves. The presentation was just a few PowerPoint slides about Comcast's companies and benefits. I was interviewed by 2 supervisors, and the second one brought a colleague from the department with her. The same day, I saw an article about Comcast wrongly charging customers for data caps, published the same day as my interview. The next day, I got an email saying they weren't moving forward with me, but with candidates who closely matched their needs. I guess they're looking for people without integrity to keep ripping people off. Thanks for passing on me!
