The interviewer should have good professionalism and know how to conduct an interview. They should let the candidate finish their answers. If the company cannot offer competitive pay, they should not waste candidates' time. I had a 20-minute Skype call where the interviewer interrupted me. The next day, HR informed me I passed the first round and the decision was pending with upper management. After a few days, HR told me I was rejected. Even if I had been selected, I would not have joined due to the interviewer's behavior, which suggests a poor work culture.

I attended a walk-in interview on a Saturday at 11 AM for a Java Full Stack Developer position. The interview had 4 rounds. The first round was a 30-minute online test with 20 technical and 10 aptitude questions. This was followed by two face-to-face rounds. The second F2F round focused on core technical topics like Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, and front-end technologies. The third F2F round was conducted by two senior individuals who asked in-depth questions about my projects, roles, and responsibilities. Finally, there was an HR round.

My first technical interview was 20-25 min and got good feedback. The second technical interview was 20 min and again got good feedback. Then there was a final HR round where the HR gave very positive feedback and asked about my expected package. After salary negotiation, we agreed on the offered amount. The HR asked me to fill out an HR form and said I would surely get a call. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received any call. When I called them, they said they don't have approval for me yet. If I'm a good candidate, they should hire me after giving so much positive feedback. Otherwise, they shouldn't conduct interviews.

They had two technical rounds. First was a technical screen where I wasn't qualified, focusing on Selenium. The second technical round, I thought I did well and answered everything, but I wasn't sure what they were looking for. I asked for feedback after getting a negative response following a tough round where I only missed one question. The interviewer mentioned they couldn't select me because upper management wanted someone with DevOps, Selenium, and Data Structures experience for a Selenium profile. They suggested I shouldn't waste my time as it felt like the interview was just for the sake of it.
