First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Xavient.
Software Test Engineer
They had two technical rounds. First was a technical screen where I wasn't qualified, focusing on Selenium. The second technical round, I thought I did well and answered everything, but I wasn't sure what they were looking for. I asked for feedback after getting a negative response following a tough round where I only missed one question. The interviewer mentioned they couldn't select me because upper management wanted someone with DevOps, Selenium, and Data Structures experience for a Selenium profile. They suggested I shouldn't waste my time as it felt like the interview was just for the sake of it.
