It was easy, a one-and-done process and I got hired. Some technical questions were asked, then onboarding was pretty straightforward. This was a contract-to-hire gig and it went fine. Knowing stuff like virtual local area networks and voice over IP was key. It's a good spot to learn networking.

It was a very detailed interview, asking me various questions relating to job duties of my past employer and my expectations of WOW. The supervisor, Dusko, is one of the finest and most experienced supervisors in the industry hands down in this field. Be prepared to share some of your experiences and even some of your best practices that led to your success in the past. Overall, it was a great interview and a fantastic company to work for.

I interviewed with WoW Cable and did well in the first interview, so I was called in for a second interview, which I also did well on. After that, WoW Cable called me for a background check that took 28 days. I passed the background check, and they said I had what they were looking for in their company, but I still didn't get the job. I had applied for this job 3 times. I don't think that's right at all. If you say I have everything your company is looking for and you do a background check and all, I don't understand why I wasn't hired...BS
