It was a very detailed interview, asking me various questions relating to job duties of my past employer and my expectations of WOW. The supervisor, Dusko, is one of the finest and most experienced supervisors in the industry hands down in this field. Be prepared to share some of your experiences and even some of your best practices that led to your success in the past. Overall, it was a great interview and a fantastic company to work for.

The interview process was really fast. I first met with the Hiring Manager at the Schaumburg location for about 40 minutes. It was a good talk, and the manager was very direct. He wanted to hire me, so he sent me to the HQ location the same day to meet with the director. I had a good meeting with her too, and she seemed like someone great to work for. Later that day, they offered me the job. I think they sped things up and made an offer because I mentioned I was getting an offer from another company.

First, I had an interview with HR and a floor manager that lasted about 45 minutes to an hour. They asked about my general work history, specifically focusing on call center experience. The questions were geared towards how I'd deal with specific objections, looking for signs of sales ability and persistence. They wanted to know if I could stick with a customer to close the deal.
