Applied online and did a recruiter screen. Then had a hiring manager interview where we talked about my experience and some scenarios. The final round was a panel to check my technical skills and if I'm a culture fit. Got the offer today after references and some negotiation.

Behavioral Other

I had a first stage interview on Teams with a senior member. They explained the role and asked why I thought I was a good fit. I also had to show I did research on the company (who they represent, their industry position, history, etc.). I felt judged a bit because my answer about the company's history wasn't great, but the rest of the interview felt standard. Definitely show confidence and do your research.

Behavioral

Had an informational call, and then they asked me for a first round interview. They said it would be an honor to work there since it's like "the Ivy League of agencies" even though there's "no work life balance" and the pay is terrible. Communication was awful, HR was snotty and really rude. The whole experience was super negative.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

So there were 3 rounds in total. The first one was with HR, the second one with the head of the NY floater program, and then the last round was a panel interview with 3 agents. In the first round, they asked me 3 questions about WME and then 3 behavioral questions. The second round, they only asked me two questions and then she spent a good amount of time talking about the program and the different desks. The panel round was pretty quick, only 15 minutes, but we covered a lot. Everyone was really nice throughout the process and they were great about letting me know when I'd hear back and what the next steps were.
