Super easy interview process for such a competitive role. There was a 15-minute pre-screening call, and then a 45-minute interview with the supervisor. It felt like both interviews were mainly to check how well I could converse.

I got this internship interview through an employee referral. I emailed the company contact to schedule a Skype interview. Two ladies interviewed me at the same time. They were pretty unresponsive most of the time. It was a really short interview, only about 15 minutes. So, you have to be ready to impress them quickly or they might just put your resume aside. I didn't get past the first round. From what I've heard from friends at WME and based on this first round, the industry can be quite cold, very formal, and not at all friendly.
