So, the hiring journey had like 3 steps: first, a written test to see if you're good with numbers and technical stuff. Then, a call to chat about your experience and how you communicate. If you nailed both, they'd offer you the job! Pretty straightforward, really.

We did a group interview with about 10 to 15 people. They showed us how to use the scanners. After that, I had a quick meeting with the branch manager for that location. It was pretty straight forward and I was hired on the spot.

Behavioral Presentation Other

HR called first, mostly asking about my knowledge of the inventory industry, my experience managing people including hiring, and my hobbies. The second round, the District Manager, who is 2 levels above my position, emailed me to go to a retailer they are working with to meet an area manager who is 1 level above me. He basically introduced what they are doing with all the counters there. He asked me about my inventory experience and why I was interested. Then I was told I got the job, and we started talking about salary and the process. I later met with my direct supervisor for paperwork.
