First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WIS International.
Supervisor
It was a very easy process. I spoke with the District Manager and got a reply within two days. The communication was easy and the process moved fast. They asked relatable questions and were flexible about the start date.
- Can you describe your past work experiences?
- What unique skills or contributions would you bring to this role?
- What are your salary requirements?
Area Manager
Recruiter contacted me after finding my resume online. Initial recruiter interview suggested the entire process from start to offer would be quick, 7-10 days. It took another two weeks and some chasing to finally speak with the hiring manager, who called very late. The scheduled phone interview started 20 minutes late. Two more weeks passed, and an email was needed to find out about the next steps. Despite promises of communication being a top priority, it was consistently poor, leading me to decline the offer as it seemed indicative of how the business operates.
- What makes you a good fit for this role?
- Can you describe your employee management style?
- What time do you typically wake up in the morning?
Area Manager
I was contacted by a recruiter the same day and sent for a drug and background check. Then I had a phone interview and was told that once the results came back, I'd be scheduled for a face-to-face interview. I waited 3 weeks for the face-to-face, and then was told I'd follow up with the district manager the following week. I never got scheduled.
- Do you wake up early?
