So I sent in my resume and they got back to me the next day asking to set up a phone interview. We emailed back and forth a bit and picked a time. The person called right on time. It was a phone interview and they were really nice and chill. They asked if I had questions first, then they asked me some standard, not too hard questions. They were personality based and I had to rate myself 1-5. Then they asked 5 yes/no questions about management, like if I've managed over 15 people. They also asked about my driving record because the manager drives people around. They'll do a background check too. At the end, they told me who would contact me for the next interview if they were interested and asked when they could reach me next week, so I think the second interview will be scheduled soon. Definitely research the company beforehand; they asked about my expected salary (you can find this on Glassdoor) and I think mentioning what I learned about the company helped. Also, always have some good questions ready to ask them.

The process started with a phone interview that was pretty basic and short, maybe 20 minutes, asking things like what did you do when...... Then, they called me to set up a 1:1 interview, asking when and where it would be. They told me to print out my MVR and bring it. The interview itself was pretty standard. They asked about my management experience and what I've done in the workplace. I didn't get the job, which I think was because I didn't have enough management experience, even though they said it was entry level.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really unprofessional. It took months to get from the first interview to the final one. They probably won't hire you if your current salary is high. Honestly, do yourself a favor and don't apply here. When I got an interview, I was told it was because two managers in training quit right away. They overlooked my resume and there was a lot of miscommunication between HR and the Division Managers. The interview itself went well, they showed me how the job was done and introduced me to the staff. I really felt like I got the job. A few days later, HR told me I didn't get the job and advised me to keep looking. So please read the reviews and take it from there. Don't waste your precious time.
