First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at WIS International.
Inventory Specialist
The interview process was easy and fast. The initial call was brief, and the hiring process was even simpler. Scheduling the training date was also quick. The hiring contact was readily available via email and cell for any questions.
- Are you able to drive up to 25 miles from your home?
Inventory Specialist
When I arrived for the interview, there were three other applicants present. We all had to unexpectedly take a test. After that, an interview was conducted in a smaller room. The interview wasn't very organized, and the area where the interview took place was dirty. I didn't feel good about the interview process at all.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Inventory Specialist
The interview started with a call and then I was taken to the back where there were clothes on a table and a rack, and also food items on shelves like in a grocery store. I was given a basic description of the job and what I would be doing. After a demonstration, I was asked if I thought I could do the job and if I was still interested. I said yes. Then there was a final interview with basic questions. I provided the necessary IDs to start working. Before leaving, I had to go back to the website and register for something else, I'm not sure what. I was told I'd need a uniform: black pants (khakis), a blue polo shirt, and black shoes. I'll also have 2 to 3 hours of training.
- Is bending a physical capability you possess?
- How do you get to work reliably?
- Do you think you can perform the duties of this role?
