I spoke with the assistant VP of talent management & development for my initial screening. They were running late and called from their personal cell. They spoke a lot about their kids and ended the call without asking if I had questions. After that, they ghosted me, so I emailed a few times asking for an update, but they never replied. I then emailed saying I'd call their personal number if email wasn't preferred, and I got a quick rejection. I spoke with the hiring manager about this and they said my concerns were valid and CC'd the interviewer. I thanked the hiring manager, but then got an auto-reply from the interviewer saying 'Happy Thanksgiving'. If you really want to work here, find a way to contact the hiring manager directly.

The interview process was entirely via phone calls with HR, who was the best I've ever encountered. They offered a very good compensation package including milage and hourly health insurance. The onboarding process is time-sensitive, requiring you to prove you can meet the requirements and complete it quickly.

It was an easy interview, with a couple of scenario questions. It was easy going. They asked if I could follow a script and if I felt comfortable using an automatic dialer and leaving messages on people's voicemails, and talking with people who may not want to do surveys.

Recruiter called me about 8 days after applying. I had a phone screen call with them 4 days after scheduling. The first round was with the VP of the relevant group 11 days after the phone screen. Then, I had a second round with the hiring managers (a panel of 2) two weeks later. After not hearing back for a week and a half, I followed up with the recruiter but got no response. The company careers website showed I wasn't selected almost a month after the second round, with no specific email or recruiter reply. This is disappointing for a company of this caliber.
