First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wasserman.
Events Executive
The interview was a casual online chat where they went over my CV and asked about my background. They also asked what skills I thought were necessary for the role. This was the first stage, and even though I didn't move forward, the people were really nice and gave me feedback when I asked.
- Can you provide an instance where you demonstrated the skills you've highlighted?
Associate Manager
The interview process was pretty chill for the rounds I went through. Started with a quick chat for the HR screen where I just talked about my background. Then there was a second interview with the team. I think there would have been a case study after that if I had made it, but overall everyone was really nice and relaxed.
- What's your favorite brand partnership with a creator?
- How would you find a creator on TikTok for a partnership?
Intern
The interview process involved two rounds. The first round was a meeting with the potential manager, where they asked behavioral questions like 'tell me about yourself,' discussed my resume, and asked why I was interested in this specific internship. The second round consisted of a case study presentation, where I had to present on a marketing campaign of my choice.
- What do you hope to gain from this internship experience?
- How do you stand out compared to other applicants?
- What were your sources of information?
Senior Accountant
It started with a phone call, then a teams meeting with the people I would be working with, and finally an in-person interview with the finance leaders. The finance leadership team was not inspiring and overall seemed negative, and their body language was poor. I was surprised this was the leadership team. You can be lured in by the love of music, but will hate working in the team
- What is your motivation for seeking employment with our company?
