Behavioral

I had a straightforward run through of my CV and experience. The hiring manager was pleasant and unchallenging. Then I was introduced to the exec team. HR were slow to communicate regarding follow up interviews and how the process was going.

Behavioral Presentation

I talked to the hiring manager first. Then, I had to make a proposal for a property. The feedback I got was based on their existing knowledge of the brand or information about a market that wasn't totally correct. I didn't think the assignment was necessary for the level I was interviewing for.

Behavioral Other

The interview process had multiple stages, split into two main parts: a phone interview and an in-person meeting. I spoke with several supervisors and the VP. It was a pretty straightforward and enjoyable experience overall. My advice is to be assertive about your salary expectations and really show off your knowledge, especially since many hires are young and might undersell themselves. Just be yourself, confident and authentic, and you'll do great!
