First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Wasserman.
Office Manager
I got approached on LinkedIn and then had a phone conversation. They told me a job description would be sent over. I heard nothing back so I followed up but then was just completely ghosted by the recruiter. They should at least respond that they were no longer looking.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
Associate Manager
The interview process was pretty chill for the rounds I went through. Started with a quick chat for the HR screen where I just talked about my background. Then there was a second interview with the team. I think there would have been a case study after that if I had made it, but overall everyone was really nice and relaxed.
- What's your favorite brand partnership with a creator?
- How would you find a creator on TikTok for a partnership?
Senior Manager
The process was pretty simple. First I talked to HR on the phone, then I interviewed with the hiring manager, and finally I met with the vertical lead. The questions were pretty easy.
- In a group setting, what kind of role are you most comfortable taking on?
