Product Manager
I’m speechless having spent 2-3 weeks going through the interview rounds with VTS for a Lead Product role. The whole process was a mess. Started out great, passed the recruiter screening and then the first round with the Hiring Manager. Got good feedback, then the recruiter said I was moving on to a call with the Engineering Lead. Then, they told me they had more urgent hiring for another role, leading their flagship product, and asked if I was interested. I said yes, because I never decline a more sophisticated and high visibility role and I don't shy away from the spotlight. Then I had a call with Engineering, and the person just fired off behavioral questions for 30 minutes. At the end of the hour, they said they were out of time and didn't let me ask any questions. It was a technical interview that was 100% one-sided, even though I had prepared questions about their current ML ops and deployment model. A few days later, the recruiter emailed saying they went with their unicorn candidate. So why did they switch me from the role I originally applied for? The whole process was nonsensical. I spent 16-17 days preparing, even creating a business-changing, portfolio-risk prescriptive data model for asset management, but I never got to present it in a case interview. I really think the Chief People Officer needs to be more involved if the hiring process is this chaotic.

Software Engineer
The hiring process at VTS company involved 3 rounds: an aptitude test, a technical interview, and an HR interview. The aptitude test covered reasoning and verbal skills. The technical interview focused on logical questions. The HR interview included a self-introduction and discussion about goals, abilities, and achievements, tailored to the individual.

Lifecycle CRM Manager
The HR recruiter didn't show up for our first scheduled interview. I messaged to check in and they suggested rescheduling for the next week. I agreed and asked for their availability, but didn't hear back for three days. I messaged again, and they asked if I could meet that same day. I said yes, and we finally had the interview. It went really well, and the recruiter said I was a top candidate and that they or their managers would contact me the next day about the next interview with the hiring manager. I never heard back and reached out a few days later for an update. I was ghosted. Super unprofessional, I'd avoid interviewing here again.

Demand Generation Manager
The recruiter was initially very nice. Then I had a video call with the hiring manager, who talked way too fast and didn't let me speak much until the end. He mentioned the whole demand gen team had quit and they needed to rebuild. The other interviews with the team were good, but the process was long. The presentation prompt was super broad: how to launch a product in a new area, how sales and marketing funnels should work together, and my demand gen strategy. It felt confusing. The recruiter said the presentation should be 45 mins, but I only got through 30 mins with 5 people watching. The hiring manager seemed to be laughing and typing during my presentation. After all that, they ghosted me. I don't recommend this company.
