Sales Development Representative
The whole interview process took almost 2 months. I had to email them multiple times just to get responses for the next steps. They weren't very efficient with scheduling and letting me know about the next interview or if they were still interested.
- Complete a sales call roleplay.
Sales Development Representative
The interview process had 3 parts. Two screenings and one panel interviews. The panel interview had a mock call and a presentation. The huge issue was the timeline and communication. Don't say to a candidate that you'll respond to them on a certain date and don't. It happen twice through the process.
- What do you know about our company and why are you interested in sales?
- Why did you choose a career in sales?
Sales Development Representative
The interview process had quite a few steps, which I see as a positive. I was invited to their office in midtown Manhattan and really enjoyed the atmosphere and how they welcomed me. I have a feeling VTS would be an excellent place to work and build a career. I had the chance to chat with some great people there.
