Customer Support Analyst
Applied online and after 10 days received an email to set up a quick call interview. The recruiter/hr person described the role and asked general questions about my background, my motivation for joining, and my understanding of the company. This call lasted about 20 minutes. I was informed my experience was a good fit and proceeded to the next step. I got a link for an online test, mostly focused on English grammar. After passing it, a video call was scheduled, which I also passed (around 40 minutes). I was asked to submit some documents and fill out a form, as the final results needed to be sent to the employing company (since Voxpro/now TELUS is an outsourcing firm). I sent everything requested but haven't heard back from the recruiter/hr person. I sent a follow-up email with no response. Overall, the interview wasn't difficult, but it's really frustrating to be ghosted by a company, especially after providing my personal documentation. It felt very unprofessional.

Customer Service Representative
The initial phone screen was a bit of a mess and frankly quite disappointing. It really felt like they hadn't even glanced at my CV. The recruiter and I had set up a call for 10:30 am, but she called me at 10:00 am. When I pointed out the time difference, she insisted it was 10:30 am because she'd double-checked her emails. I had also checked my emails and confirmed the interview was for 10:30 am, but I decided not to make a fuss about it and just went with it. During the chat, I was asked about my interest in Voxpro and why they should consider hiring me, which felt like pretty standard questions. She also questioned my qualifications for the Customer Service role. Then, she asked if I was currently unemployed. I had to ask the recruiter if she even had my CV handy, as it clearly shows I'm currently employed. Her response was rather curt, stating she needed to verify if my CV was up-to-date, which just screamed unpreparedness and a lack of attention to my application details.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
The first step was a phone call. A week later, I met with the two recruitment team leaders for an hour-long interview. The final round was with the Director the following week. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I ended up waiting four weeks in total with no updates, even after following up multiple times. The interview with the director was tough, like they were trying to trip me up by asking specific dates from my CV and checking my answers. Overall, the interviewers seemed unprofessional and didn't respect the timelines. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Customer Support
A talent sourcer from Cork reached out to me on Facebook. I applied from France in November 2018 for a January 2019 start date. The role was for an Airbnb call center in Cork. She gave me her email to send my CV. The next day, she called me to give me job info and ask about my skills, like if I had client-facing experience. The day after that, she emailed me for online tests. First, I had an English and French grammar test, then situational tests. For example, 'you have a conflict with a teammate and write to your manager' or 'something happened at work and you write to your manager.' I had a time limit and a 100-word limit. Then another test about a customer situation, like product/service returns. The last test was different: write an email thanking a magazine editor for a trip to Paris. I got the results the same day. A few days later, I had a video interview with an HR person and the team manager. The process was very fast and efficient for me.
