First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Voxpro Communications.
Technical Support Specialist
I applied for a job and after a grammar test and video interview, I was told it wasn't available. Then I was asked to interview for a different role (Google). The process was simple. The HR ladies were great, had a general chat with easy questions over the phone, like a time you dealt with a difficult customer. The grammar test was straightforward, followed by a technical video interview. I had a little time to prep answers before recording. There were about 15 questions. I got an offer within 3 days of the video interview.

- How would you verify the printing status of a job?
Technical Support Specialist
The interview process could have been much better and more logical. I applied for a French position. First, I had to do some language tests (French and English) before a face-to-face interview. When I finally got to the last step, the face-to-face interview, it was a total mess. The interviewers didn't try to speak standard English, using their own accents that were hard to understand for a non-native speaker. Plus, I didn't speak any French even though I applied for a French role. I think they should have at least had one French manager to assess my spoken French.
- How do you feel about challenges?
Technical Support Specialist
You start with a phone interview, then they'll send you an English test and some customer service questions. After that, there's a video interview with about 17 questions. If you get through that, you'll have a group interview where you introduce yourself, answer more customer service questions, and share a past customer experience. The final step is a 1:1 interview, and they'll also need two reference numbers from you.
- Can you tell me about Voxpro?
- What do you know about Nest?
- What IT skills do you possess?
