Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Voxpro Communications.
Specialist
First you had a technical test and then get called for the interview if you are successful in passing the test. Then in the interview its a manager and someone from HR. They ask vary questions then and the questions managers ask would varying depending on what pod they are from. Pod being what type of agents do they manage.
- Can you describe your technical experience?
- How would you approach solving a problem?
- What are your skills when it comes to troubleshooting?
Customer Specialist
The whole process took over two months. I was emailed to set up a phone screening where I spoke with a very nice person who asked general questions. Following that, there were two language tests, one in English and one in the language you're applying for. After that, I had to do a video recording that included some tech and sales questions. The final stage was a one-on-one interview at the Voxpro headquarters in Mahon, Cork.
- Can you share an example of a suggestion that was taken into consideration and put into action?
Support Specialist
After sending my application, it took 3 weeks and some chasing to finally get a telephone interview. I felt the telephone interview went well. I was then moved to the next round which consisted of a language test and a virtual interview. The language test involved writing a report to the Manager about a complaint. I didn't really like the virtual interview format; it required a webcam and questions popped up on the screen. You had to record your responses, and although you could retake them, it felt very automated. After this part, which all happened in mid-September 2015, I submitted my tests and didn't hear anything back until the end of October 2015. They sent an email asking about my current employment situation. I replied saying I was still available and not employed. I never heard back from them again.
- What makes you want to work for this company?
- Can you list five Google applications?
