Production Engineer
The online selection process was practical but very general. The questions weren't closely related to the job, but overall it was a dynamic and participatory environment. However, the activities were also not very related to the practical function of the role.
- What hobbies do you have and what is something you are proud to have participated in?
Quality Management Analyst
I applied through the website and two days later was contacted on LinkedIn to have an interview with the area manager. It was online and lasted 1 hour. The following week I had an interview with HR that lasted 30 minutes. After that, I didn't receive any further feedback and when I sought information, they just said the position had been frozen.
- Could you tell me a bit about yourself and describe your professional experiences? Also, what was a highly positive outcome you achieved and a work challenge you encountered?
- Tell me about yourself.
- Describe your professional experiences.
Graduate Trainee
The process is quite extensive and very well-structured, divided into stages of online tests, a group dynamic with HR, an in-person dynamic with managers, and an interview with managers. The stages involve many candidates, but also many managers who evaluate the groups. On average, groups have 6 people, and about 5 groups are separated per stage. The competition is fierce, but the selection method is precise, and at all times they follow the stages with the candidate's profile in hand.
- There's an interview only at the final stage of the selection process, with questions about your willingness to relocate, your preferred way of working, and it's more of a chat without many formalities.
Recursos Humanos
