The first stage was online, including an English test, a cultural test, a reasoning test, and a writing test. The second stage was a group dynamic activity followed by a conversation with managers. The third stage involved a people evaluation map. The fourth stage was an interview with the manager, and the fifth stage was an interview with the supervisor. The interviews were quite relaxed, and I believe it was just me and one other candidate. They asked objective questions about the overall process, my experience, and my expectations for the role.

Behavioral Other

It's disrespectful to candidates. The in-person interview is a long process. Instead of quickly letting go of candidates not chosen by a manager, they make people wait for hours. At the end of the day, they ask some generic questions that could have been answered online or over the phone.
