The process is divided into resume analysis, an online test of logical reasoning, Portuguese, and English, a dynamic activity and an interview with the manager. The dynamic interview is to talk about yourself, showing what you did in college and what you like most. Then you participate in a panel where from a game you structure, make approximate calculations for the answers to check your logic and quick thinking.
