Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at VLI.
Analyst
The selection process I went through was super tough, requiring a lot of effort and energy. It had several tough steps, including many talks and interactions with people at different levels in the company, which made the whole thing really long and tiring for me.

Analyst
Lots of tests (logic, personality, etc.), interviews with HR, direct managers, and their peers. They are very focused on candidate profile and company values. The process took a while, but it was worth it. It's a good company to work for.

Senior Analyst
Overall, the interview process was well-executed, with attentive and professional staff. I received feedback on the stages, although the response time wasn't always quick. It was challenging to connect with people within the company, and email responses were slow.

- Could you describe the projects you've developed?
- What are your motivations?
