Cashier
First, they do a screening to check if you're qualified. Then, there's usually one or more interviews, either online or in person, where you'll talk about your skills, what you've done before, and what the job expects. Sometimes they might give you tests or tasks to do. If you pass, they'll contact you about the next steps, like checking references and doing background checks, and then hopefully make a job offer.
- Regarding your availability, what can you tell us?
- Are you capable of fulfilling the duties associated with this position?

Before the interview with HR, they sent TWO online assessments which are thoroughly time wasting stuff and meaningless to the job applied. Then I was scheduled a video interview with HR, and that HR was late by 5 minutes and never turned on her camera. Weird and shows no respect to candidate. A totally different story compared to what they promote in their website.

I had a couple of interviews with this company and I have to say, every manager has been welcoming, courteous, professional, and just positive energy overall. This particular interview was amazing, so professional and nice flow of typical interview questions and answers, and conversation. I loved how I could feel positivity all around with the manager I interviewed with. Nothing but great things to say about the company and employees!
- Tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult or upset customer and how you resolved the situation.

The interview process went smoothly and felt comfortable. However, after getting the offer, it became apparent that many of the promises made during the interviews weren't kept. The offer was surprising because I was told I'd receive a significant raise to cover my experience and the rent concession I would lose. Upon calculation, the offer barely compensated for the difference. I did discuss this and made a counteroffer, stating that I was offered less than other BLMs at the company, despite my experience and skills. The response was that it was due to 'the market,' not my qualifications. Unfortunately, this has been a poor experience, not just for me but for others on the office team too. There's been a noticeable lack of transparency, and many commitments made have not been fulfilled.
- Can you tell me about your strongest attribute?
