The interview process included a test (which was aptitude-based, not technical), a group discussion with an abstract topic, and HR interviews. The final HR interview was with the CHRO. After the interview process, there was a two-month waiting period before joining, followed by a 10-day induction.

First, they look at your resume and cover letter. Then, there's a quick phone call to chat about your past work, what you know, and if you're into the job. After that, you might do a test or a task to show off your tech skills. Next, there's an interview, either in person or online, where they dig into your tech smarts, how you solve problems, and what you've done before. Sometimes there's a second interview, maybe with a few people, to go even deeper into your tech skills. They'll also ask you questions to see if you're a good fit for the team and how you handle different work scenarios. Finally, you might meet with the big bosses to talk about your ideas and if they match what the company wants. They'll also call up your old jobs to double-check your experience. If all goes well, you'll get an offer with the job details.

You'll start with a 1 minute intro...keep it simple and smooth. Then, prepare your major/minor project or internship (if any). All possible cross-questions around this will be asked. Then, 2-3 standard questions related to your favourite subject. And HR will end the interview with 2-3 standard HR questions. Overall interview will last 25-30 minutes. Difficulty: easy to moderate. Remember Fluency and confidence > knowledge.

It was a simple interview that focused on questions about the projects mentioned in my resume, and nothing else. They also asked about my willingness to relocate. You really need to be well-prepared about your projects and other details on your resume, as well as whether you're open to moving to a location that might not be your first choice.
