The interview process included a test (which was aptitude-based, not technical), a group discussion with an abstract topic, and HR interviews. The final HR interview was with the CHRO. After the interview process, there was a two-month waiting period before joining, followed by a 10-day induction.

The interview started with introductions to the panel, which consisted of 5 people: 2 department experts and other company officials. After introductions, I gave a brief about myself. They then asked me questions about my resume, my corporate exposure, HR-related topics, my knowledge of Vedanta's various businesses, and some situational questions related to the subject matter.
