The company came for on-campus recruiting and gave a presentation about the company, its core beliefs, and values. This was followed by a written aptitude test with multiple-choice questions, which was quite easy. About 40 out of 100 candidates proceeded to the group discussion round, where the topic was 'make in India.' Other topics were also easy. Approximately 15 candidates advanced to the personal interview (PI) round, which was primarily an HR interview conducted by a panel of two people. They inquired about my family, hobbies, and my motivation for joining Vedanta, as well as my industrial training. The entire process was completed in about a day, with results announced in the evening.
