the interview process had 2 rounds, 1 was with the manager which went on for about an hour and the other was with the director of the organisation which was for about 20mins. A lot of questions related to ratio analysis and P/L account were asked during the interview.

I was contacted by HR to schedule a phone interview. It was a standard phone interview covering my knowledge of the company and my reasons for choosing my major. They also asked the typical strengths and weaknesses question. This was honestly one of the worst interviews I've had. The HR person kept talking about what Urban Science does, which was okay, but then she'd go off on unrelated tangents. She was very condescending, almost making me want to hang up, but I felt I had to show some respect. She criticized me for saying I might occasionally miss a minor detail, explaining that the role demands extreme attention to detail and that mistakes are unforgivable. She mentioned she would pass on my interview results, but I suspect that was just a polite formality.

After submitting my application for the developer role, I received a call from the recruiter a couple of weeks later. I was confident in my answers to the technical questions, but the recruiter seemed to disagree and tried to correct me. I suspect they don't have someone with a technical background handling interviews, and perhaps an HR person without technical expertise was conducting it. The recruiter then inquired about my current salary and asked some behavioral questions. It felt like they were rushing to conclude the interview, especially after I disclosed my salary, based on their tone. It was quite an unpleasant interaction.

I applied online and after about two weeks, a recruiter reached out via email to schedule a phone screen. The initial call with the recruiter went really well, they were very friendly. Following that, the recruiter arranged for a panel interview, which was another phone screen with my potential team, and also a Skype interview with the team. After a brief phone screen with the manager, a Skype interview was set up. During the Skype interview, they gave me a SQL test and a puzzle question test. I wasn't sure if I'd be a good cultural fit and didn't feel a connection with the interviewers, so I decided to withdraw my application.
