So I applied online and they got back to me pretty quick. First, I had a phone interview with the HR recruiter. She asked me some behavioral questions and about my qualifications. She was super nice and energetic, which totally helped calm my nerves and made it a smooth conversation. After that, I got called in for an in-person interview. They showed me around the office and I got a little peek at the company culture, which seemed really friendly and inclusive. Then, I interviewed with the person who would be my manager, and they asked me about my skills.
