I had three interviews in one week. The first was a phone screen where they asked about my background and interest. Then I had a phone interview with the Senior Manager. They asked about my resume, but it wasn't super deep on STARL questions. It was nice. Finally, I went to the company HQ in Detroit and met with two teams who asked about my background and technical skills. No Excel/SQL test, but I prepared for one anyway. It was a great experience.

Had an initial call with the senior recruiter. Then a 1-hour video interview with 3 hiring managers. Mostly behavioral questions. The senior recruiter asked more technical questions than the hiring managers. The hiring managers were kind and a pleasure to talk to. Unfortunately, they ghosted me. Sent an update email and no response from the recruiter. Thought that was very unprofessional. Read other reviews and seems like they ghost a lot of people.

Also, they asked about my experience with SQL, Access, and Excel, what projects I did with these tools, and for Excel, what advanced functions I have used. They mainly use SQL server.
