RH interview, then management interview, and ending with RH. Despite being quick, it was thorough. I recommend the process and the company. The questions were clear and objective. I had a phone screening, then two in-person interviews. The in-person interviews were panel style with two interviewers. I was told the third round was the final one and a decision would be made quickly. They also mentioned I'd hear back either way since I made it this far, but it's been almost two months with no word. The overnight travel requirements kept going up, starting at 2 nights/month and ending at 8 nights/month.

Applied through LinkedIn, then had a phone screening with a recruiter. Next, there was an online video interview with someone I would be working with. After that, an onsite interview with a Senior Manager and the person from the previous interview. They offered me a job I didn't even apply for. When I declined, they ghosted me after I thanked them. It felt unprofessional and a bit shady.

The recruitment process was quite long with 4 interviews: a phone call with an external recruiter, a video call with an HR person, an in-person meeting with the HR Director, and a video call with the Europe HR Director (in English). The questions were easy. After these 4 interviews and a reference check, I was informed that my application was accepted and received a written offer. Unfortunately, the offer I received did not match the job posting or the interviews: it was suddenly about temporary work instead of a fixed-term contract, the position was now 'HR Officer' instead of 'HRBP', the mission duration changed from 8 months to 6 months, and the notice period exceeded legal limits. When I questioned these changes, I was told that the position was no longer available because the company no longer had the funds. However, I noticed that the job posting had just been reposted under the same terms. Dishonest practices, which is a shame.
