So the interview started with me talking about my past roles and giving more info on them. Then they asked me a bunch of questions about how I handled situations, like asking for a specific time I worked with a difficult coworker. After about 8-10 of those, I got to ask them questions, which was cool because we had a good talk about the company and their job. Then they told me more about the job and the tough parts of it. Lastly, I got to ask any remaining questions I had about the position. Then we wrapped it up.
- Can you share an instance where you had to document your ideas, like in a formal pitch or presentation to a boss, to ensure they were understood?

I think HR is the public face of a company toward the employment market, it affects the talent acquisition for the company which is the future of the company. I was excited receiving an invitation email for interview, but it was the only email I iever received from them. After my response to the recruiter with a few follow-up, the recruiter never ever reach back to me. I certainly frustrated about this, maybe I was mistakenly sent out a systematic invitation email. But this extremely un-professional manner told me a lot about this company.

About 2 weeks after I applied online, I got an email to schedule a call. The recruiter called and we had a brief, friendly chat about my experience and work history. He mentioned setting up an in-person interview, and I got the email the next day. I went in 3 days later and interviewed with a Director, Asst. Manager, and the recruiter. It was a pleasant, 45-minute interview with good rapport, though intense. They said they'd let me know about proceeding. That same day, the recruiter called to schedule a second interview 2 days later with the manager I'd report to and another senior manager. This was more intense, but I felt it went well. I didn't have expectations leaving. The next day, the recruiter called for a third interview with the GM, which focused more on my personality and why I wanted to work there. It was the most laid-back and gave a good feel for the company.
- Can you share an instance where you received a less than stellar review and describe how you managed it?
