The interview process went pretty much how I expected it to. The group was professional and asked all the right questions. They were really prepared. It was a good conversation that went smoothly, and I got to ask all the questions I had.

I applied online and then got an email the next week to take a test. I took the test two weeks later and was offered an interview for the following week. The interview had managers from all three Pittsburgh plants, HR, and talent acquisition. I got the job offer via email less than 24 hours later and then filled out the background check stuff. After that, I got another email to schedule my physical, which was set for less than a week later. So, before getting my start date, the whole thing took a bit over a month.

I applied online and had my first interview on Microsoft Teams about 4 weeks after they emailed me. It was with a manager, and they asked typical interview questions. I heard back the same day about setting up an onsite tour/interview at one of their plants in a few weeks. Everything was going well until then, but then communication just stopped. I emailed my contact about availability and expenses, but never got a reply. The week I was supposed to go, they texted to ask if I was still available, after almost a month of silence. I said I could only come if they paid for my expenses, and they finally said yes. I started planning the trip, and it looked like it was happening, but then they went quiet again. It's frustrating and a waste of time with the poor communication. I wouldn't suggest this company if you're not close to one of their locations.
