It was a 30-minute interview that was almost entirely behavioral. They asked about my resume, but the interviewers didn't seem very engaged. They were mostly interested in projects related to robotics and the skills and experiences I listed. The interview finished early and was a pretty neutral experience overall.

I applied for an internship after seeing the company at a job fair. After applying online, I got a call asking for a good time to schedule a preliminary phone interview. After that, they called a few days later to schedule a real interview. Since the position was out of state, they were accommodating and scheduled another, more intensive, phone interview. The questions weren't too hard, just standard interview questions, and it all went pretty smoothly. However, after the interview, it took them many weeks to respond, and they didn't call. Instead, they sent an email saying I wasn't chosen.
