I got a written interview form to fill out, and then an email that basically said to reach out with any questions. I emailed twice asking about the next steps and when I'd hear back, but got no response. There was no one else to contact. It's frustrating that the job status on the site never updates and just stays 'under review'.

The process was super fast. Took only two weeks from my interview to getting the job offer. I talked with a hiring manager and one of his colleagues. After that, I had to take an IQ test, and two weeks later, they offered me the position.
