The discussion went well and lasted about 40 minutes. However, I sensed an unpleasant vibe from the Head of Communication in Moldova. After our conversation, they gathered feedback from my references. Surprisingly, after three weeks, they informed me of their decision to reject my application, which felt quite unexpected.

The interview was competency-based and I felt it went well. I was satisfied with my performance. However, the following day, I received a rejection email. It seems unlikely that such an extensive review could be conducted in just one day. I suspect that the position may have already been filled.

I applied for the role online, and they got back to me for an online interview. The interview was with a panel of interviewers who were really professional and understanding. They paid close attention to what I said and seemed genuinely interested in my background and what I could do. It honestly felt more like a good chat, where I could easily share my thoughts and ask them about the job and the company.

I applied online for this position with UN Women Mexico. I had a Zoom interview with a panel of 5 women. I felt like I did very well in the interview and they told me they would contact me in 3 to 5 business days. A week passed and I sent an email, they didn't answer me. The following week I sent another email and they didn't answer me either. I think it's terrible that an organization that tries to empower and give a voice to women doesn't even have the courtesy to follow up on the promised communication. I was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth.
