I applied for the role online, and they got back to me for an online interview. The interview was with a panel of interviewers who were really professional and understanding. They paid close attention to what I said and seemed genuinely interested in my background and what I could do. It honestly felt more like a good chat, where I could easily share my thoughts and ask them about the job and the company.

So for this role, it was a UN Volunteer position. I first did a written test and passed, then moved on to an oral test. After that, I had an interview with three people on a panel. They asked me stuff about teamwork, monitoring and evaluation, and programme management.

It was an online interview, following the written test, and conducted on Skype. There were four panelists, Head of Office, Project Manager, representative of the HR and additional Project Officer from other UN agency. It was a bit strange to look on the black screen since all of the panelists turned their camera off while I was presenting.
